Terms of Use — Analiza.LH

1. What Analiza.LH is

Analiza.LH is an on-demand XAU/USD analysis product by Liquidity Hunters (Chile). Each analysis is generated by an AI specialist (SMC, ICT, Wyckoff or Elliott) using our parameters and is charged in prepaid credits. It is independent of the Pre-Session Reports written by the human analyst desk at liquidityhunters.cl.

2. Not financial advice

Analyses returned by Analiza.LH are informational and educational. They are not personalised investment advice, do not anticipate specific price movements and do not guarantee results. Each user is responsible for their own trading decisions. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

By using Analiza.LH you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have legal capacity to contract, and that you do not reside in a jurisdiction sanctioned by OFAC or by international financial-sector sanctions.

4. Credits and right of withdrawal

Credits are purchased through PayPal (one-time Smart Buttons) in packs of $5, $19 or $49. Each analysis consumes a fixed number of credits depending on the requested complexity.

Right of withdrawal (Art. 3 bis Ley 19.496 / Chile): unused credits are refundable within 10 business days of purchase. Request the refund by writing to contacto@liquidityhunters.com. Credits already consumed on an analysis are not reimbursable.

Unused credits do not expire and remain tied to the email associated with the purchase.

5. Capital risk

Trading XAU/USD carries a high risk of capital loss. The technical analysis provided by Analiza.LH is based on historical data and market structure concepts, but does not guarantee future price movements.

6. AI limitations and liability

Analyses are generated by large language models configured with our parameters. The output may contain inaccuracies, contradictions across sessions or limited interpretations. The user must verify information before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidity Hunters assumes no liability for trading decisions, profits or losses based on AI-generated content. Our maximum aggregate liability per user is limited to the total amount paid by that user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

The framework, parameters and prompts that generate the analyses are property of Liquidity Hunters. The generated output can be used freely by the user who paid with their credits for personal trading decisions, but cannot be commercially redistributed.

8. Data, cookies and privacy

Balance and analysis history are associated with the registered email. We use Supabase for authentication and PayPal for payments. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond those technical providers.

Your rights (Ley 19.628 / Ley 21.719 Chile · GDPR / LGPD): access, rectification, cancellation and opposition over your personal data. Write to contacto@liquidityhunters.com to exercise them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with at least 15 calendar days advance notice by email and visible notice on this page. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall first be submitted to free mediation via SERNAC if the user is a Chilean consumer; otherwise, to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile.
